Alert rules
Flag a load that has been sitting, or a status that changed, and send it to the right person by email, SMS, or in the app.

ZingTMS stores the order, the trip, and the bill. Zing+ uses that record to warn you early, read a document, and answer a status question. A person still confirms the work.
These are the calls, emails, and bills that usually interrupt a planner. Zing+ does the first pass.
A shipper asks in the portal at 9pm. Zing+ answers from the live trip, so the night desk is not the only place that knows.
The customer sends a lane, a weight, and a ready time. The inbox pulls those fields out. A person still accepts the order.
The truck is 90 minutes out and the receiver closes at 4. Planning gets the warning while there is still time to call.
A trailer has been at the receiver past the free time on that account. The alert goes to the person who can still do something about it.
The carrier bill says one number. The lane card says another. Accounts payable sees the gap before the bill is paid.
On-time, tender acceptance, and claims sit on one score. Dispatch uses it when two carriers can both cover the lane.
Type 'unpaid Acme invoices this month' and open the records. The search uses the same orders and bills the TMS already stores.
Upload the bill of lading. Weight, addresses, and PO numbers land on the order. Someone confirms them before the load is tendered.
Use the ones that match the work. Leave the rest off.
Flag a load that has been sitting, or a status that changed, and send it to the right person by email, SMS, or in the app.
Cost spikes, route drift, and a receiver that keeps holding trailers. These show up as a short list, not a new dashboard to watch all day.
Arrival times use how the trip is actually moving, including dwell you have already seen on that lane.
On-time, tender acceptance, and claims. Use the score when you assign the next load. It does not assign the load for you.
Ask for shipments, unpaid invoices, or a driver's last check-in the way you would ask a coworker.
BOLs, PODs, and carrier invoices are read into fields your team can correct. Nothing posts until a person confirms it.
Shippers and carriers ask status questions on your site, in your name. Answers come from the shipment, not a script you have to maintain.
Each carrier bill is checked against the rate you agreed. Variances are listed in plain language for accounts payable.
Start with orders and billing. Zing+ reads that history. It does not ask you to migrate anything or retrain the floor on day one.
How a warning moves
1The TMS
The order, the trip, and the bill are already there.
2Zing+
It compares the trip with the rule you set.
3A person
They call, retender, or hold the bill.
We will show the alert, the document read, and the invoice check on a lane you already know.
