ZingTMS provides a cloud-based transportation management system for managing freight orders, shipments, fleet, billing, tracking, and related logistics operations.

You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform or use ZingTMS in violation of applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed according to pricing agreed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
ZingTMS retains ownership of the platform. You retain ownership of data you enter.
6. Limitation of liability
ZingTMS is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
